Business Canvas Update
An update to our business canvas based on recent interviews and discoveries.
New insights: Farmers want demonstrations. Agricultural shows are a great marketing tool. Dealers generally buy only 2 or 3 of any type of large equipment in a given year. Expect buy-back agreements for higher sales risk equipment.
